• Measurements may vary slightly within reasonable manufacturing tolerances.

Such variations do not constitute defects.

4. Product Configurator

Our website includes a product configurator allowing customers to design their own organiser layouts.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

• Your chosen configuration meets your own requirements.
• The selected modules fit your intended drawer dimensions.
• The measurements entered are accurate.

NG Organisers is not responsible for incorrect configurations resulting from inaccurate measurements supplied by the customer.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not automatically create a binding contract.

We reserve the right to:

• refuse or cancel orders;
• limit quantities;
• decline orders where fraud is suspected;
• refuse orders due to pricing or technical errors.

A contract is formed only once your order has been accepted and dispatched.

6. Pricing

All prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website.

Where applicable, prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is placed.

7. Payment

Payment must be completed before production or dispatch begins.

Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout.

Orders may be cancelled if payment cannot be successfully authorised.

8. Manufacturing

Many of our products are manufactured after an order is placed.

Estimated production and delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

While we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, delays may occur due to production demand, material availability or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates only.

Risk passes to the customer once the goods have been delivered.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Any additional costs resulting from incorrect delivery details may be charged to the customer.

10. Returns and Refunds

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy.

Where applicable, EU consumers have statutory rights under consumer protection legislation.

Custom-made or personalised products may not qualify for the standard 14-day right of withdrawal.

Our total liability relating to any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.
